😀Hello guys Raihana here …. How are you today? I hope you fine today and always have a good days. It’s been a long time I’m not posting a new blog again. In this time finally I posting again!! ^_^ in this new blog I will show you about argumentative text. It’s about when you want to build a new house, what things you prepare besides designing the house?

By the time we build a house of course we will make a design out of it. The design of the house was important in the construction of the house. Because the design can determine the outcome of the house. But apart from the design, there are some things that need to be prepared. These include a budget to prepare, a site to build, a permit to build a house, and many others.

          Another prepared item was a needed budget. Calculate in detail so as to calculate the total size of the required budget. The second thing is, the site will be used to build houses. Select strategic locations in order to make access to transportation and other public facilities easier. The third thing is, permission to build a house. Building houses also requires permission from local authorities.


The fourth thing is, find the right crew. With skilled workers the design of the house that we want can be easily transformed. The materials to be used should also be noticed. The proper use of building materials will enable our homes to stand strong and resilient to every climate.

            Besides these, there are many other things that are needed in building a house. Before we build a house, we must prepare everything thoroughly. This is done in order for homes to be built to suit and provide comfort. Therefore, it is important to pay attention and consideration to the building of a house
